Wallabies flanker Scott Higginbotham has been cited for his head-butt on All Black captain Richie McCaw in the 18-all Bledisloe Cup draw.
During the press conference's following the match the All Blacks captain was confident that SANZAR would act on Higginbotham.
"It's on TV so it will get dealt with," Hansen told Reuters.
"It does get frustrating at times and annoying but there's not much I can do about it."
Higginbotham has been cited under Law 10.4.a: Punching or Striking and will face a disciplinary hearing on Tuesday led by judicial officer Jannie Lubbe.
The Wallabies will be hoping that Higginbotham is not given too long of a ban as they need all the players they have for their European tour next month.
